Day 0: Arrival in Tanzania – Hotel Overnight
- Pick up from Kilimanjaro International Airport
- Transfer to premium hotel in Moshi / Arusha

Day 1: Marangu Gate – Mandara Hut
- Altitude: 1,860m – 2,700m
- Hiking time: 4–5 hours
- Distance: ~8 km
Trek through lush rainforest to Mandara Hut. Stop to admire waterfalls and diverse wildlife. Overnight at Mandara Hut with camping option.
Day 2: Mandara Hut – Horombo Hut
- Altitude: 2,700m – 3,720m
- Hiking time: 5–6 hours
- Distance: ~12 km
Continue through the heath and moorland zone, crossing scenic landscapes to Horombo Hut. Optional short acclimatization hike nearby. Overnight at Horombo Hut with hot shower.
Day 3: Horombo Hut – Acclimatization Day
- Altitude: 3,720m
- Hiking time: 2–3 hours (optional acclimatization hike)
Rest day at Horombo Hut. Take a gentle hike to nearby ridges for acclimatization and enjoy the breathtaking scenery. Overnight at Horombo Hut with hot shower.
Day 4: Horombo Hut – Kibo Hut
- Altitude: 3,720m – 4,700m
- Hiking time: 5–6 hours
- Distance: ~10 km
Trek to Kibo Hut through alpine desert. Prepare for the summit push. Overnight at Kibo Hut.
Day 5: Kibo Hut – Uhuru Peak – Horombo Hut

- Hiking time: 10–12 hours
- Distance: ~17 km
Begin the midnight summit attempt. Reach Stella Point and continue to Uhuru Peak. Descend to Horombo Hut for overnight with hot shower.
